Internal rules

Armin Van Buuren, 31.08.2024
Tallinna lauluväljak, Tallinn

Security at the event is provided by Meeskond Security OÜ. The internal rules were established by the organiser of the event and are to be complied with by all those staying in the territory.

Visitors are required to:

  • Follow the internal rules of the concert.
  • Behave correctly, follow the generally accepted moral standards and keep clean.

Visitors have the right to:

  • Enjoy the concert.
  • Contact the organising staff to solve problems.
  • Make suggestions and complaints in accordance with the established procedure.

Access to the concert (the organiser reserves the right to select customers):

  • Access to the concert is guaranteed by a ticket/wristband purchased from a pre-sale, the presence of which is checked at the entrance/gate. If you show your ticket from your phone, download it to your device, as there may not be internet coverage on site. If you show the ticket from your phone, you must ensure that the brightness of the phone screen is set to the maximum and the phone screen is intact. If the screen is broken, it is difficult to read the QR code. If you’ve reversed the colours on your phone, know that the QR code won’t work – set the colours to normal mode.
  • The security guard has the right to examine the visitor’s identity and belongings and check the visitor’s age at the entrance as well as in the concert area; in order to prove the age, the visitor must present an identity document (passport, ID card, driving licence).
  • Children under the age of three are not allowed at the concert.
  • For visitors under the age of 10, hearing protection headphones are strictly recommended.
  • The visitor is obliged to keep the ticket/wristband carefully until the end of the event.
  • The ticket loses its validity if it has been scanned or the control strip on the ticket has been damaged/removed.
  • The wristband loses its validity if the wristband fastening has been damaged or the wristband has been handed over to someone else in some way – attempts are made to use it repeatedly.

Persons cannot enter the concert territory if they have with them:

  • glass, tin, plastic or other containers or items, the contents or breakage of which, etc., may endanger their own safety or that of others;
  • their own food and/or drink;
  • their own alcohol, narcotic and/or psychotropic substances;
  • any kinds of pets;
  • professional and semi-professional photo, audio and/or video recording equipment, including drones (it may include mobile phones and ‘soap boxes’ – only cameras without zoom and interchangeable lenses are allowed);
  • Go-Pro cameras and selfie sticks;
  • tablets (including iPads) and laptops, posters, banners and flags, as well as umbrellas — items that obstruct the view of other visitors;
  • any firearms and cold weapons, pyrotechnics, chains, syringes, laser pointers, flashing laser sticks, dangerous substances and objects;
  • bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates or other vehicles;

NB! There is also a paid luggage storage at the entrance of the Oru gate (an extra fee is charged for large bags, backpacks, suitcases, etc.).

Persons who are already aggressive, negatively minded, under the influence of drugs and/or obviously under the influence of alcohol upon arrival cannot access the territory.

The organiser/security company has the right to remove persons from the concert territory who:

  • disturb order (fight, causing bodily injury, theft, possession/use of or trade of narcotic or psychotropic substances, etc.), vandalize, stay in the territory while being excessively intoxicated;
  • possess the items or objects referred to in the previous clauses, organise sales and/or marketing activities without coordination with the organiser (distribution of advertisements and flyers, etc.);
  • do not obey the orders of security personnel in the concert area and/or violate the generally accepted moral standards.

The ticket/wristband of the person removed from the concert loses its validity and the person loses the right to return to the concert. Also, the person will not have the right to demand that the organiser repurchase the ticket/reimburse the ticket money. A visitor who breaks or damages the equipment at a concert venue is required to compensate for the damage caused by them in full.
